Overview
Highly automated caravan insurance quoting and administration system. Issuing premiums to thousands of quote requests via API from Go Compare, Confused.com, Tesco, Practical Caravan Magazine and its own front-end each day. Using a set of risk based calculators the system decides on the ideal underwriter for the quote request within seconds.
Customers then purchase policies via a single card payment or monthly instalments. The intuitive administration system also features CRM tools for the outbound sales teams as well as a comprehensive range of tools to carry out mid term adjustments, cancellations, re-issuing documents, renewals, accounting and management reporting.
Many of these features can also be carried out by the customer from their portal or by the system itself during nightly automated procedures.
