Overview
Managing thousands of patients at a time from NHS Trusts across the UK. The system is used by a large call centre, clinicians and administration teams to arrange and administer appointments and results.
Patient referrals are received from GPs for Cardiology or Ultrasound services. The system then enables clinicians to perform a triage process before moving to booking.
Patient booking is completed by the system using an algorithm, which matches the soonest date, nearest location and clinic providing the correct appointment type selected in triage.
The system facilitates the completion of the patient’s appointment along with the capture of medical device DICOM imagery.
